We are excited to introduce this new service being offered to Uintah County residents free of charge.
Signing up for the Property Watch will enable you to keep track of any recorded changes to your property.
The Uintah County Recorder's Office will send you an email, alerting you to any recorded documents. (i.e. Liens, Deeds, Reconveyance Deeds etc.)
Rest assured that your contact information will not be distributed and will only be used to communicate Property Watch information.
Some addresses have multiple parcel numbers. Please submit all parcel numbers you wish to receive notifications about.
Notification of recorded documents will apply to individual parcels.
In order to use property watch your name must be listed as an owner on the property.
